5Excellent book, with utile info and tasty recipes!
By Leanne
I love reading in regards to makeup and skin care, and have a little collection of books on this topic. Tannis' book, however, approaches skin care from a novel and interesting perspective: rather of looking at skincare productions or cosmetic procedures that see to it better skin, she focuses rather on 100 "superfoods" that will aid your skin improve itself from the inside out.

4Motivational and, Above All, Fun
By Sian Montrose
If you are looking for a breakthrough, or even just to learn something new, this is in all likelihood not the book for you, unless your cognition of nutrition is beyond minimal. Every single "healthy" feed you may probably think of is listed in this book (with the exception of milk, which supposedly might be a cause of acne) and none are in truth elevated as better than any of the others. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes... do not forget them, all those foods that have been marketed as healthful for ages? Yeah, well, not only are they healthful overall, but turns out they are also healthful for your skin. Not in truth much of a shocker. So, unless you didn't recognise that fruit was good for you, you're improbable to be astonished by what you read in this book. The only two surprising foods that she cited were maple syrup and dark chocolate... and if I had been following health news a little more closely, the chocolate wouldn't have astonished me either.

2Nothing New Here
By Xoe Li Lu
I received this book as percentage of Amazon's Vine Program. I am 43 and look rather young for my age, and I am very mesmerized in preserving my skin as I grow older, so I was excessively affected emotionally to read this book. It was a disappointment - I didn't learn anything new (just a basic rehashing of frequent beauty magazine advice, really) accompanied by a lot of recipes I would either never make or are so basic that I didn't need a recipe. It does provide the basic selective information that is presently available when it comes to anti-aging foods, but not one thing you couldn't find by leafing through Vogue or any of the "healthy living" magazines.
